You will be required to ship the item you wish to return back to our physical mailing address at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or was the incorrect item. If the item arrived damaged or was an incorrect product, you will receive a complimentary shipment label emailed to your preferred email after you've communicated the issue directly to our support email: email@example.com.
