ORDER PROCESSING TIMES - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase. Shipping may take between 2-4 weeks depending on the time of the year, as increased delays are expected during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. Each order with physical products is sent with tracking, and you will be able to track your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES - DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If you purchase a digital product, your product should arrive within 24-48 hours. For our membership products you will receive a series of welcome emails to make sure that you are finding all of the materials inside of your membership portal. For any template products, you will also receive a confirmation email with a download that should provide you with LINKS to your templates on Canva.com. We are not responsible for any downtime experienced on the Canva.com platform. Once you purchase your templates, even if you have not used them, there are no refunds allowed. The designs are also copyrighted and cannot be transferred.
If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.

WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR PICK UP OR LOCAL DELIVERY. ALL ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED BY USPS OR DIGITAL DELIVERY TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
